Return Procedure
If there is something we could have done to make a more satisfying experience, please let us know by sending e-mail to sales@kadmos.com.
To Return Downloaded Purchases
- Destroy the Software. If you have not already done so, destroy all copies of the downloaded software now.
- Print out a copy of the Letter of Software Intellectual Property Destruction.
- Fill in all the blanks. This includes the product name, product number, name and address. You can just hand-write them in, if you wish.
- Sign the Letter. If it is not signed, it cannot be accepted.
- Send us the signed letter.
If we receive the letter before the end of the return period, your refund will be processed within 30 business days.
